For new journal keepers and experienced writers, this monthly evening of reflection includes a time for centering, a writing warm-up activity, a period for more in-depth journaling, a brief time for optional sharing and reflection, and a closing ritual. Each month will bring a different experience as we explore a variety of writing prompts. Music, poetry, imagery, metaphor and more will inspire participants to connect with our truest selves through the written word.

    Facilitators:

Elaine Kiziah, Ph.D. Award-winning trainer, author of the Working Well Blog, and former Chrysalis Board member, Elaine has used her own journaling practice to see her through many life transitions. Trained as a psychologist, she brings warmth and depth of spirit to all of her programs.

    Ann Forburger, M.S.

As a way to sort through and reflect on a busy work life, Ann turned to the practice of journaling. Reflections and revelations of the beauty and mystery of the sacred have kept this practice alive for Ann.

Ann and Elaine have been journaling together for more than six years.
