girlinsunset.pngChrysalis Ember Days are silent retreats held four times a year, near the turnof each season. They offer a time to pause from our daily routines, tend our embers (or inner fires), and rekindle our creative and spiritual energies. On Ember Days, we can reflect on our lives, reconnect to nature, stretch our creativity, or just take a nap in the shade of a tree. Watch the mystery of slowing down unfold!

Facilitators

Ember Days are spent largely in silence, with your own intuition as your guide. Facilitators begin and end the day with a centering experience and a short closing.

$20 member
$30 non-member

Location

The Clearing ( a retreat center located about an hour south of Richmond)

Special Instructions

Dress casually. Bring lunch, your journal, and perhaps some reading material.
