Active Imagination is a meditation technique that was developed by Carl Jung in the early 1900s. Through the use of personal images and symbols, participants will have the opportunity to dialogue with their unconscious using movement, sound, simple art, and journaling. Discussion of Jung's theory and Marion Woodman's teachings on the Body-Soul connection will support the integration of the experiential process.
In this safe, supportive, and sacred space, active imagination can be the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious from which can emerge a deep sense of renewal, growth, strength, and wisdom.
