In the Chinese language, Qi (pronounced “chee”) means
energy and Gong means hard work; the literal translation of Qi Gong is “working on the life force energy.” Qi Gong is a branch of Chinese medicine involving slow rhythmic movement done with specific types of breathing and controlled concentration. Joint movement, breath, and concentration lead to a synergy of body, mind and spirit, creating high performance, good health and healing. Come learn about this healing movement, and be prepared to practice!
